TESTIMONIALS
Hiring a postpartum doula has been the key to happiness for helping me to enjoy the postpartum period more, and having Kate as a postpartum doula has made all the difference the second time around. Doing this has been shown to prevent postpartum depression, and it is obvious why. Kate has helped me to enjoy all the best moments with my baby so I could focus on holding her, showering, sleeping, and eating. More than that, she has given me the most up-to-date info on infant care, having read tons of literature on everything related to pregnancy and child development. She's a genius with cooking meals that are healthy and delicious!

Being a new mom can be a scary thing to wrap your head around. Medical professionals and family members pull you in all sorts of directions. It gets overwhelming and I started to feel like no one was on my side. When I contacted Kate she helped ease my fears and always encouraged me. It felt great when she answered all of my questions and reminded me that I am doing a great job. She always followed up and made sure momma and baby were thriving. Absolutely love her!

I can't help but recommend Kate to any new mothers and their families. Having a baby is daunting enough - and then the hospital sent me home without an instruction manual! This is when Kate stepped in. Kate taught me and my husband so much and she gave me a different perspective on my time as a new mama. People spend so much time doting on mothers during their pregnancies and oftentimes - once baby arrives, people focus so much on baby that mama is almost an afterthought. She focused on making sure I was well taken care of by everyone around me So that I could take excellent care of my little guy. Kate takes the whole family into account with her approach and handles it in a gentle and loving way. She finds a way to make sure dad feels needed and helpful. Is mama finding the time to take a shower everyday? How about meals? Who is making the meals and ensuring that everyone is eating? Siblings? She will find a way to get them involved and make sure they feel just as important as before this new little creature entered their home. Most importantly, I remember the way Kate made me feel - empowered! She helped me gain the confidence I needed to hold my little man (yes - I was worried I might break him ??). The confidence to give him a bath. How to take a shower when I was the only one home and baby was wide awake... How to take that onesie off after a blowout without getting it in his hair or on his face! What foods to eat that help with maintaining my milk supply. The list goes on.
So yes - I would recommend Kate in a heartbeat. She is amazing at what she does and I am so fortunate to have learned from her.

BESPOKE
Care packages are customized for each family. There is not a "one-size fits all" formula to postpartum support. Our goal is to provide a care plan for your unique needs.
Meal Prep Visit
A single 5 hour visit of fresh meal prep in your home.
You fill out the contract and flavor profile we send to you, we send you meal ideas, you select or give us professional discretion to decide on your behalf, we submit a list of groceries needed, & we discuss the best way for us to obtain said supplies. You sit back and enjoy your pregnant nesting ceremony, or snuggle your new baby freshly postpartum, while we meal prep in your kitchen and cleanup after ourselves.
Makes a great gift!
Bespoke Packages
A series of visits, four hours each.
Typically, this looks like 2 or 3 days for several weeks postpartum. The average length of commitment is approximately 8-12 weeks of in-home care.
Not only do we focus on this new facet of Momma's identity, we also pay close attention to reminding Momma of who she was before baby. Showing her how she can still be her wonderful self, now with the added title of "Momma"!
We teach families how to peacefully fold baby into their lives.
